The sugar snap peas are blooming, so that is a good sign I'm sure! I must get them something to climb on one of the coming days. The sunflowers are getting huge too.
More lettuce in the making. I'm making good use of old tin cans, and have poked holes in the bottom for drainage. Hanging them like this is really space saving too - not a bad thing if you only have a narrow balcony, like mine.
And radishes - I was amazed how quickly these came along!
My poor tomato plants aren't looking like much though... they are still teeny weeny. I doubt they'll grow big enough to yield any actual tomatoes. Lesson learned: sow them earlier next year. Much earlier.
