How can 7 years feel like 7 seconds?

It feels like only yesterday that I finally got to meet my baby after the longest 9 months in my life. You've changed my life in ways I never thought possible - you challenge me, infuriate me, you make me laugh, cry and worry, you make me proud every day, and you make me marvel at how it is possible for my heart to contain so much love. Happy birthday, R! I love you so much ♥

So, who is this Petchy?

She's a graphic designer, self confessed fabric junkie, retro furniture/housewares hoarder and keen amateur photographer who lives in a small town on Norway's west-coast with her 6-year old son, Pernilla the cat, and a rather impressive amount of dust bunnies. She's fond of cooking, taking photos, the ocean, cats, reading, making things and hunting for treasures at flea markets and charity shops.

SHE IS:

impulsive, stubborn, a bit geeky, cheeky, honest, strong, vulnerable, giving, sarcastic, creative, philosophical, playful, scared of spiders

SHE HAS:

a big heart, a "thing" for colourful socks, a fear of narrow-minded people, a rather dirty sense of humour, a constant pile of laundry waiting to be folded, more handbags than she will ever use
