To This Day Project

It's beautiful. It's sad. It's powerful. The message is important, and a little too close to my heart for comfort.

To This Day Project is a project based on a spoken word poem written by Shane Koyczan called “To This Day”, to further explore the profound and lasting impact that bullying can have on an individual.

Please watch, share and help spread the message: bullying is most definitely not ok.

I’m impressed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.

So, who is this Petchy?

She's a graphic designer, self confessed fabric junkie, retro furniture/housewares hoarder and keen amateur photographer who lives in a small town on Norway's west-coast with her 6-year old son, Pernilla the cat, and a rather impressive amount of dust bunnies. She's fond of cooking, taking photos, the ocean, cats, reading, making things and hunting for treasures at flea markets and charity shops.

SHE IS:

impulsive, stubborn, a bit geeky, cheeky, honest, strong, vulnerable, giving, sarcastic, creative, philosophical, playful, scared of spiders

SHE HAS:

a big heart, a "thing" for colourful socks, a fear of narrow-minded people, a rather dirty sense of humour, a constant pile of laundry waiting to be folded, more handbags than she will ever use

SHE WORKS HERE:
